 note = {ソーシャルキャピタルは社会関係資本といわれるように個人レベルと集団レベルの狭間にあう社会関係を概念化したもので、社会的文化資本を基盤とした総合的な地域力や、向社会的な協調的行動の効率性を高める効果などについても論じるものである。その構成要素について、理念的には個人レベルと集団レベルは明確に区分されるものの、現実にはこの2領域の効果を区分することは困難である。本研究では、ソーシャルキャピタルについて、個人レベルの信頼や地域への愛着、性別、年齢などの要素と、コミュニティレベルの平均的なソーシャルキャピタル水準、地域特性などの要素がどういう構造で関わっているのかをマルチレベル分析により実証的に分析する。そしてソーシャルキャピタルによる地域のパフォーマンス向上には、個人の信頼や地域への愛着を増すように行動へ介入ができれば大きな改善が期待できる可能性を明らかにする。, The purpose of this work is to develope a structural understanding of embeddedness between indivisual and community. Drawing on social capital questionare inquires at 43 communities, I identify the effect of trust and attachment to the community which strongly relate to the accumulation of social capital with multilevel model analysis. Community effect looks not so strong, but trust and attachment effects suggest that indivisual level's these factors will be effective policy measures to improve the performance of community cooperation.},
