The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for developing regional communities in such areas by conducting case studies in Miyajidake town, Amakusa city, and Kumamoto prefecture. The "MIYAJIDAKE EINOU KUMIAI", which has been organized by numerous farmers, has been working for community development. We explored the circumstances existing in this town by conducting a SWOT analysis. Based on this study, we propose a method for the self-management of regional communities using social enterprise. Moreover, we present a strategy for social enterprise. i.e., a partnership between social enterprises and multinational corporations.},
