@techreport{oai:kumadai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00024790, author = {Yokose, Hisayoshi and 横瀬, 久芳}, month = {May}, note = {application/pdf, 研究報告書, 琉球弧北部のトカラ列島における火山活動の実態解明を目的に,ドレッジを用いた海底調査を実施した。海底より回収された火山岩類は,海面下にも第四紀火山活動が広く分布していることを示す。特に,海底カルデラ地形の近傍では,現地性流紋岩質軽石が確認でき,トカラ列島における巨大海底カルデラの存在を強く示唆する。火山岩類の地球化学的特徴から,北部琉球弧の火山活動や鉱床形成過程は,沈み込むフィリピン海プレートの形状によって支配されている事が判明した。, To understand submarine volcanism of the Tokara Islands, Northern Ryukyu arc,we carried out eight submarine exploration cruises with dredge survey.The volcanic rocks recovered from the sea floor and submarine flanks indicate the volcanic activities have occurred during the Quaternary and are distributed widely on the studied area.In situ rhyolitic pumice fragments are found in the vicinity of the circular submarine depressions, ~15km in diameter. Occurrence and geochemical characteristics of the recovered samples suggest strongly huge eruptions of forming a gigantic submarine caldera on the Tokara Islands.The geochemical characteristics of the samples imply that volcanisms and hydrothermal activities on the Tokara Islands could be controlled by the irregular geometry of the subducting Philippine Sea Plate.}, title = {九州南部トカラ列島における巨大噴火の可能性 : 海底カルデラの検証}, year = {2010} }
