| 内容記述 | In this study, We compared this subset to different NK subsets in both CB and PB, regarding percentage, adhesion molecules, functional molecules, degranulation activity, and cytokine secretion. Our results suggest that CD56dimCD16- subset might be an intermediate maturation stage in the NK development, and that higher secretion of IFN-γ by this subset in PB might be playing a role in PB NK higher cytotoxic activity. | |||||||||
