| 内容記述 | The present study aims to examine the effectiveness of video technology in the teaching training by micro-teaching. Thirteen student teachers practised micro-teaching after they observed a teaching model by the teachers of the Elementary school\ affiliated to the Faculty of Education of Kumamoto University. Each practice was rated in the two different viewpoints using five point scales. The peer students who observed the practices rated the student teaching after they observed it, and the student teachers who practised it rated their own practices after they observed their videotaped teachings. All of the students played the two roles as teachers and observers. They also reported their impressions and opinions on the role of VTR in micro-teaching practices. They showed some limited effectiveness of the video technology to improve their teaching practices. On the basis of these results, some problems were suggested on the future studies of this technique. | |||||||||||
