| 内容記述 | In this paper, I examine the necessity of technical education in universal education by analyzing the parent-child cooperative work in constructing a desk and a chair.The cooperative work was performed at two elemental schools in Kumamoto city.Each pair of parent and child fabricated a desk and a chair, which the child would use at school, with individual parts provided. The work was performed according to the assembly drawing. I analyzed technical parts contained in the work and sent out a questionnaire to the parents and children after the work. Based on the analysis of the answers to the questionnaire and the construction work, I conclude that elementary school pupils need to have a technical education. | |||||
