| 内容記述 | I proceed with a series of studies on the woodworking education which contains fundamental contents of the technical education. In this paper, I mention the historical changes of the woodworking education on modern education (1871-1945) and investigate technical educational contents contained in the woodworking education. The results obtained are summarized as follows; (1) The woodworking education on modern education is classified into three different styles with times: the dawn of a new age on modern education (1871-1925), the age that the manual arts and the vocational (industrial) course are established the essential course in the educational system(1925-1941), the age of the World War 11(1941-1945). (2) The woodworking education is taught in the manual arts and the vocational (industrial) course on modern education, however, the purposes of the manual, arts and the vocational (industrial) course are not agree necessarily those of the technical education. (3) The woodworking education contains many fundamental contents of technical education, for example, learning of design and drawing, learning to use tools, the material study, etc. | |||||
