| 内容記述 | This study aims at investigating the influence of parental leadership behaviors toward their social powers to children. The subjects were 294 school children of 5th and 6th grade in an elementary school. Parental leadership behaviors were categorized into the following four types; PM-type, P-type, M-type and pm-type, all of which are based on P-M theory. Our findings were as follows: 1) According to Direct Varimax Method, the following 5 factors were found out. : i. e. reward power, coercive power, legitimate power, referent power and expert power. 2) Children of PM or M type parent condition significantly percieved high parental referent power and expert power. Children of M-type father condition showed a certain amount of dominance of reward power. P-type fathers were dominantly percieved in coercive power by thier children. And PM or P type mothers were dominantly percieved in coercive power. 3) Children of PM or M type parent condition showed significantly high scores of cohesiveness in family group and children's motivation for learning. | |||||||||||||||||
