Followingly, I investigated the problems accompanying the introduction by questionnaire method. With the aid of functions of personal computers such as speedy processing and visual display, students could easily understand the necessity to judge nutrient balance correctly. They also eagerly practiced cooking after planning the menus. Therefore, introduction of personal computers into classes made students more interested in menu planning.
