The hand and leg movements in both supine and upright positions of two severely multiply handicapped infants is observed in terms of the relation between the outside world and postures. In the supine position, they perform highly rhythmic, regularly alternating kicking movements. When they are held upright, they are able to coordinate their visual and prehensile activities. It is evident that the integrated functioning of the visual and prehensile systems that is necessary for spatially accurate manipulative behaviors is only gradually achieved with activities of eye-hand coordination.}, pages = {1--11}, title = {重症心身障害幼児の世界と初期の学習}, volume = {10}, year = {1993}, yomi = {シン, カズタカ} }
