| 内容記述 | In order to establish the adequate method for teaching cookery science, I have made VTR materials on cooking properties of eggs. I asked 336 junior high school students, by questionnaire method in November 1986, about their knowledge on cooking properties of eggs. Then I obtained following results: 1. Students were able to answer easily about experienced materials. 2. Students could fully understand cooking properties of eggs by watching the VTR. | |||||||||||
