| 内容記述 | We have been investigating bully-victim problems in school from the viewpoint of developmental social psychology. Unfortunately, problems of school-bullying in Japan are getting worse in the past half century. Many cases of suicide showed victims' severe experiences of being bullied in school. We have obtained this information mostly through TV, radio and newspapers. Our attitudes toward bully-victim problems are formed by listening to or reading these reports on mass media. We assume that influence on formation of school teachers' attitudes toward bullying through mass communication might be greater than expected. We asked school teachers to fill out a questionnaire concerning their impression of effects of reports concerning school-bullying on mass communication, and obtained interesting findings that showed both positive and negative aspects of school-teachers' impressions and reactions to reports of school-bullying problems through mass communication. | |||||
