The purpose of teacher education by Adlerian Psychology is to develop and deepen social interests of teachers, and to learn this theory and psychological techniques at school. The process of short-time workshop for teachers who were specialized in guidance for pupils was designed and documented for the education of teacher, and the author participated in this workshop as a group leader. The program of this workshop was constructed by the excises as follows; (1) Relaxing games for introduction, (2) Talking and listening in pair, "Who are you?" and "Recovery from failure", (3) Introducing the partner(of pair), and (4) Self-disclosure, ""Weak points and Strong points"". Group leader taught participants the basic counseling techniques and encouragement. The participants successfully learned the structured group encounter method and the Adlerian counseling techniques.
