| 内容記述 | This is a tentative research on the application of "open forum" by Adlerian psychology to the training workshops for yogo teachers. The purpose of yogo teacher education by Adlerian Psy chology was to develop and deepen social interests of teachers, and to learn psychological techniques for mental health in their schools. The processes of two short-time training workshops for 18 or 14 yogo teachers were programmed and one of the authors participated in those workshops as a group leader. The programs of those training workshops were mainly constructed by tow excises as follows ; (1) Relaxing game for introduction, (2) discussion on the treatments of the cases with encouragements in the open forums. The descriptions of participants' impressions proved that this training program by using a relaxing game and an open forum was useful for enriching treatments of yogo teachers. | |||||
