| 内容記述 | In the first report, it was concluded that the number of opportunities for students to practice cooking both at school and at home needs to be increased if senior high school students are to acquire cookery skills. However, it is not easy to do practical cooking in the limited time available in the school timetable. In this context, a method of teaching cooking techniques using visual images was carried out, and the educational effectiveness was examined. The results clearly proved the effectiveness of stimulating the visual senses through images, and showed that this deepened understanding and contributed to the consolidation and improvement of students' cookery skills. | |||||
