| 内容記述 | Display screens are a dramatically increasing business. Inorganic EL devices can provide some desirability over current LCD and OLED devices: higher efficiency, greater durability, and super realistic colors. Electroluminescence is a non-thermal process of producing light by the decay of electrons excited by an electric field. Typically inorganic EL phosphors are made by thermally doping defects into the parent lattice. Other work has shown that defects can also be created during a shock loading event. | |||||||||
