These all simple synthesis and purification method make reactions short and quick so that all synthesis time takes less than 30 minutes. 2- Iodo-acetic ethylester (ICH2COOC2H5) dissolved in anhydrous acetylnirile reacted with 18F-fluorine in Kriptfix-222 and produce 2-18F-acetic ethylester in acetylinitrile. Final product 18F-Ace was obtained by hydrolysis of 2-18F-acetic ethylester in 0.25N NaOH. 18F-Actate radiochemical yield was 48.7% ± 5.2% (n-5). Pyrogen test and sterility check were all negative.
