| 内容記述 | In the Conflict Resolution field, there are two representative theories for resolution called "Exchange Theory" and "Integration Theory". However, it has also been acknowledged that both theories are defective for successful resolution. On the other hand, "Transformation Theory" has become popular as the new resolution theory. While the theory points out the necessity of "Transformation of the Concerning Parties, " specific transformative process pursuit of conflict resolution has not been made clear. Then, I focused on two methodologies for the clarification. These are called "Transformative Mediation" and "Narrative Medciation". "Mediation" is one of the most appropriate methods for conflict resolution. As for commonalities for these methodologies, we will consider these points from the perspective on the theory called "Social Self" which has been but forward by G. H. Meed. |
