The results were as follows. 1. Elementary school boys tended to select a person wearing a tie. Elementary school girls prefered a person with a white laboratory robe on. A person in an informal wear was not selected by many junior high school boys. 2. Of the three stimulus persons, a specific person tended to be selected by elementary school children as well as junior high school girls. 3. Elementary school boys set higher value on such traits as "apporoachableness" and "strength" than girls. Junior high school girls evaluated the trait of "carefullness" more than boys. 4. The difference in traits, on the basis of which the selection was made, was not so large in general. Among significant items were "brightness,""warmth," "approachableness," and "noisiness(perhaps with positive nuance)." "The trait of "approachableness" was highly evaluated by both boys and girls. 5. The reason for which to select a person was emotion-oriented rather than task-oriented.}, pages = {297--310}, title = {児童・生徒が期待する教育実習生の特性}, volume = {34}, year = {1985}, yomi = {ヨシダ, ミチオ} }
