| 内容記述 | 近年我が国でも文化的景観保全等において、変化を許容しながらも、地域固有の景観生成メカニズムを保全する取り組みが実践されている。本研究では、フランスの中央部に位置するAuvergne州にて、マルランたちが策定してきたSite制度を中心とした「人々の暮らしを含んだ景域保全計画」を、日本の文化的景観保全の現状と比較分析し、参加の意義について考察した。この取り組みは、「Atlas Pratique des Paysages d'Auvergne」と名付けられマルランらPaysagisteが主体となったチームが、オーベルニュ州のDREAL(地方環境都市整備施設管理局）から委託された業務であり、ランドスケープシャトルと呼ばれる11人乗りのワゴン車に地域住民とともに乗り込み景域保全地区を巡り、ブログを活用して地域の人々の保全対象となっている地域の風景に関する言葉を紡ぐ、という風景を拠り所とした地域マネジメントの特徴的な取り組みである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In Japan, social movements for preserving the mechanisms of creating peculiar local landscape with the space for change are recently being practiced. This study analyzed the meaning of participation, comparing the actions for the landscape preservation in Japan with the activities conducted by the team of Cyrille MALIN's team, "Atlas Pratique des Paysages d'Auvergne" (landscape preservation with people's daily lives)in France. The project was consigned to Dr. MALIN by the DREAL(the local government's department of regional environment and development), and there are two very unique components of the project. One is the exploration ride on "Landscape Shuttle" with local residents around the preserved area, and another is the storytelling via blog, through which local residents share the ideas of preserving the area. Thus, the project allows people to develop local management systems from the viewpoints of landscape preservation. | |||||
