Based on the data of the population in the Area, the estimated population in the next few decades was projected and visualized on a GIS map. The relationship between the population estimates and various plant location was further analyzed. I explored the possibility of using such fundamental data for policy decision making while simulating the process of making decisions on locations for local government branch offices by utilizing GIS maps. The process clarified that statistics data necessary for the policy of cities, towns and villages are currently insufficient.
