 note = {The d-matrix elements of SO(4) are given by direct integration after an analytic continuation from an integral formula for the boost matrix elements of SO(3,1) and given in terms of a linear combination of e-imθ with the vector addition coefficients. The boost matrix elements of SO(3,1) are given in terms of finite number of hypergeometric functions with the argument 1-e-2ζ  and then are expressed in terms of e-2sζ . Various symmetry relations for the d- and boost matrix elements are given. The vector addition coefficient of SO(4) is given in terms of the product of the vector addition coefficient of SO(3) and the 9-j symbol.},
