| 内容記述 | Manganese(III)-based oxidation of alkenes substituted both with an electron-withdrawing (captor) group and an electron-releasing (donor) group gave γ-lactones via radical intermediates stabilized by the capto-dative effect. 2-Aminoacrylate 3 underwent the lactonization to give 5-aminotetrahydro-2-furanone-5-carboxylate 4 in good yield. 2-Methoxyacrylate 7 also yielded the corresponding 5-methoxytetrahydro-2-furanone-5-carboxylate 8 in a similar yield. 2-Furancarboxylate 9 and pyrrolinecarboxylate 15 did not produce the lactones but the acetoxymethylated products. | |||||
