Authers are concerned with the project for suporting of ommunity development in Minami-ku, Kumamoto sity. The request from Minami-ku was using workshop method in this process for various participation. The aim of this paper is report of our action research approach of community development in Minami-ku under the cooperation between local collectivities and inhabitants. We described about our framework for suport of community development, the process of this community development and consensus building between local collectivities and inhabitants.},
