| 内容記述 | There are still many regions where have not been benefited from the investments of building advanced ICT infrastructures. It is crucial to understand the factors for formulating effective and sustainable countermeasures to transform regional economics along with resolving social problems by implementing ICT infrastructures. This paper addresses about the methodology to apply statistical techniques developed to reveal distinct elements of these factors and improve the administrative policies for investing in ICT infrastructures. Those techniques are mainly based on PCA（ Principal Component Analysis） and MRA（ Multiple Regression Analysis）．To verify the validity of the method addressed in this paper, the latest data published from Statistics Bureau of Japan as well as the author's field studies were injected to interpret the deliverables. These data suggests that ICT infrastructure does not link to the promotion of regional economic performance immediately under the economic policy. To maximize the investments on the promotion of regional economic performance, local authorities should play a new key role to govern regional independence information policies under free economy. | |||||||||||
