The background to this appears to be the tendency of school education today not to accept individuality, and instead to emphasize rules. Therefore I will consider these conflicts from perspective of ethics, and suggest an ethical framework suitable to school education. Today's educational enviroment is characterized by discussion of the ethics of care and of justice. I believe that the conflicts faced by Yogo-Teachers are in conflicts between the ethics of care and the ethics of justice. In this study, I examine a model that appropriately integrates care and justice to correct problems.
