Accumulative Action Plan)」モデルを提案し,ICTスキル研修にあてはめた。アクションプランには,実行するアクション,期限,アクション実行に関係する研修科目を含めるようにした。その結果,(1)受講した研修員が書き出したアクションおよびそれに関連する科目を分析し,担当講師にフィードバックを実施することで,研修内容の改善を行う形成的評価として役立てることができた。さらに,(2)アクションプランをもとに追跡調査を実施したところ,業務適用の有効なツールであることが分かった。これらの結果から,EAAP モデルが
