 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), 平成24年4月1日より政令指定市に移行した熊本市は、中央・東・西・南・北の5区の区割りとなった。筆者らは、平成24年度に南区の「まちづくりビジョン」策定を支援し、本年度も南区のまちづくり事業支援を請け負った。「知る・集まる・始める・伝える」をアクションプランに掲げた南区では、本年度の要請は｢集まる｣、「まちづくりビジョン」を実現化する第一歩として、地域住民に集まってもらい、まちづくりに対する意見をできるだけ収集し、その意欲向上を図ることであった。本研究の目的は、筆者らのまちづくりに関するアクションリサーチの実践を、地域住民と行政との協働のもとで展開される地域の風土を活かしたまちづくりの基礎資料とすることである。そのため、熊本市南区のまちづくり事業支援における、フレームワークの設計意図、その実施プロセス、振り返りにおける地域住民と行政職員の意識形成について分析した。, Kumamoto city consists from five divisions from 1st April in 2012, Authers are concerned with the facilitation of community development in Minami-ku, Kumamoto city. In the community development vision of Minami-ku，action plan's catch phrase is "Know, Gather, Start and Make stories". The aim of action for community development in this year is gathering for collecting a various information as a first step. In this paper，we analysed the data of our action research in workshops about community development in Minami-ku. We described about our framework for facilitation of community development，the process of this community development and consensus building between local collectivities and inhabitants．},
