Therefore, national and local government have been addressing various measures such as development of laws and ordinances, grants and bank of vacant houses. As regards vacant houses, the number will be expected increasing because of depopulation society. It is necessary to take measures in accordance withe regional characteristics. This study purposes are to understand the distribution condition of vacant house in Kumamoto city, and to analyze about factor that influences which house become a vacant.
