 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), 環境に優しい乗り物として自転車が注目を集めている。しかし、その自転車を利用する環境は満足のできるものではなく、その大きな要因の一つが利用者の行動である。こうした現状の改善のため、我々は駅周辺の自転車利用環境の改善策に取り組むこととした。視察の結果、状況が悪いと判断したJR水前寺駅に絞り、インタビューと台数調査、駐輪場美化実験を行った。これらの結果を踏まえ我々は、駐輪場の利用状況に課する問題は水前寺駅と熊本市の意思疎通不足、利用者のマナーの欠如、改善に向けた取り組みが継続できていないことの三つに要因があると結論付けた。この要因を解決するために駅、市、市民が改善に向けて共同するための協議の場を設けることを進言する。, These days, bicycles get more people's attention, because they are environmentally-friendly. But the situations of our using are not so good, and we tackled to make bicycle parking areas much user-friendly, as the first step toward to improve these states. We conducted interviews, counted the number of bicycles, and experimented the means that we think can change the situation. For various reasons, we chose JR Suizenji station, which is in one of the worst conditions, As a result, two identified major causes of the situation are the lack of communication between the station and Kumamoto City, and the bad manners among users. We propose to set up the opportunities to promote corporation among the residents the city and the station to improve the situations in a sustainable manner.},
