Again, there is a need for reconstructing a connection between people especially after the disaster. In this paper, we propose \"Commolympic\", a citizen-oriented Olympic games based on efforts for revitalization in each neighborhoods as the smallest unit of the residents' activities. In detail, in order to lead elderly people to the stage of Commolympic,it will set up the stage for them to participate the community-based competition in cultural and sports activities, and hold the tournament or competition from the level of school area, district to the whole city in a stepwise manner.
