| 内容記述 | A simple method, using an additive compound, for improving bioelectrocatalytic current based on a direct electron transfer reaction between laccase (Lac) and a graphene nanoplatelet-film electrode was demonstrated. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH_2PO_4), sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), or glucose as an additive compound was added to the paste of graphene nanoplatelet for preparation process of a graphene nanoplatelet-film electrode. The additive compound was eluted eventually. The development of porous structure was detected by adsorption and desorption isotherms of N_2, when NaH_2PO_4 was used. Furthermore, an improvement of bioelectrocatalytic current and the positive potential shift of the onset potential of O_2 reduction were observed. | |||||
