 note = {application/pdf, 論文(Article), 平成24年4月より政令指定市に移行した熊本市は、中央・東・西・南・北の5区の区割りとなった。筆者らは、平成24年度より南区のまち歩きマップ「まち歩き手帖」の策定を支援してきた。平成26年度は、これに加え熊本市北区のまちづくりマップ策定支援を請け負った。このため、筆者らは、「北区民と北区役所職員が協働して、幸せに暮らす北区の人々の姿、場所、風景などを「一枚の絵」にする」ことを目標に、まちづくりマップ作成を北区役所職員が中心となって指導できるように計4回の職員ワークショップを行った。この結果「きたくぶ」と呼ばれる北区役所の有志が結成され、4地域で行われた「北区幸せ絵巻ワークショップ」を実践することができた。本研究の目的は、筆者らのまちづくりに関するアクションリサーチの実践を、地域住民と行政との協働のもとで展開される地域の風土を活かしたまちづくりの基礎資料とすることである。そのため、熊本市北区のまちづくり事業支援における、フレームワークの設計意図、その実施プロセス、振り返りにおける地域住民と行政職員の意識形成について分析した。, Kumamoto city consists from five divisions from 1st April in 2012. Authors are concerned with the facilitation of community development for making a Machi-aruki map in Minami-ku, Kumamoto city. Additionally, we are concerned with making community map in Kita-ku, Kumamoto city. The aim of our action for Kita-ku's community development in this year is the one picture by whice happy persons, rich regional materials and rural landscape were drawn. Because a volunteer of the Kita-ku local government office called "Kita-ku-bu" team is formed, they could manage 4 workshops for making the community development map, "Kita-ku Shiawase Emaki". In this paper, we analyzed tha data of our action research in workshops about community development in Kita-ku, for quoting to apply this knowledge into the community development based the cooperation between local collectivities and citizens. We described about our framework for facilitation of community development, the process of this community development and consensus building between local collectivities and inhabitants.},
