Authors are concerned with the facilitation of community development for making a Machi-aruki map in Minami-ku, Kumamoto city. Additionally, we are concerned with making community map in Kita-ku, Kumamoto city. The aim of our action for Kita-ku's community development in this year is the one picture by whice happy persons, rich regional materials and rural landscape were drawn. Because a volunteer of the Kita-ku local government office called \"Kita-ku-bu\" team is formed, they could manage 4 workshops for making the community development map, \"Kita-ku Shiawase Emaki\". In this paper, we analyzed tha data of our action research in workshops about community development in Kita-ku, for quoting to apply this knowledge into the community development based the cooperation between local collectivities and citizens.
