These experiments are diverse and widespread. This paper focus on potential and challenges on an online platform of participatory process that can encourage us to resolve public issues. Variety of such online platform is both crowd-sourced and structured tool to be useful to scholars, practitioners, and civil society organization and to produce good quality, compatible information as an open-source, real-time, cumulative database about participatory and deliberative governance experiments.},
