Specifically, the Developing Inclusive Education System project conducted in Kumamoto prefecture was chosen as a case study in this paper. The DIES project in Yamaga City, Kumamoto was implemented with an emphasis on building inclusive education system within the school cluster of a middle school area. Three stages of support provision for reasonable accommodations of students with special needs.
