| 内容記述 | The synthesis of ester is used as a teaching material in high school chemistry. In the text book, most case of the synthesis is ethyl acetate using ethanol, acetic acid and sulfuric acid. Thus, in the present study, to obtain the suitable conditions for the synthesis of ester （ethyl acetate） that considered safe and simple experiment, we examined the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of sulfuric acid. In addition, to make clear a border of the ester layer and aqueous layer, a method of using pigments are also examined. | |||||||||||||||||
