| 内容記述 | Though duty is generally regarded as a normative entity of special binding power, there seems to be a difference between what we have most reason to do all-things-considered and what we obligated to do. T. M. Scanlon has offered an argument aimed to show that the primacy of reasons for obligatory actions and this difference can be accounted from the point of view of reasons-centrism without introducing any independent factors which play a role as a kind of bar on normative requirement of reasons. In this paper I will examine it and point that his argument ends up facing a serious dilemma. | |||||||||||
