| 内容記述 | At the present time, the boundary not only between humans and animals, but also between humans and machines has become unclear. For example, the development of the technique of producing human animal chimera shows the former unclearness, and the progress of artificial intelligent (AI) shows the latter. In such a situation, to reconsider the nature or ideal of humans seems to be inevitable. Focusing on the relationship between humans and AIs, this essay deals with two approaches. One is the approach based on Western philosophy, where AI can be regarded as "person", and the other is derived from an ancient Japanese thought, in which AI belongs to "quasi-life". Finally, we consider the possible types of coexistence of humans with AIs in the future. | |||||||||||
