Transcripts of semi-structured interviews of the care director at a certified centers for early childhood education and were analyzed by M-GTA（Modified Grounded Theory Approach）. The results were as follows: 1）During playing activities, children experience following rules, take on responsibility, and strategize. These experiences foster the ability to think, judge, concentrate, and predict and avoid risk. 2）During playing activities, the act of synchronizing one’s breathing, being preparate and cleare about the exercise bars, and trying to stick to the rules help develop children’s social natures.
