In this study, we attempted to create an ukemi drill game that would enable first time middle school judo students to acquire ukemi In this study, we attempted to create an ukemi drill game that would enable first-time middle school judo students to acquire ukemi skills safely and effectively. In addition, we conducted a practical study using an ukemi drill game with elementary school judo practitioners as participants with two goals: considering possible applications for elementary school students and collecting data to facilitate a smooth transition from elementary to middle school-level martial arts education. |
