Discussions are viewed as strongly subjectivity, disregarding objective information, personal feelings, and emotions. Such discussions lead people to detach themselves from their own words, ideas, and opinions, and it often becomes a sheer exchange of second hand information. In other words, discussions must be logical; however, they cannot be personal.
