So in this research, there are two case studies. One is the \"Ba\" for transmission of the connection between industry and landscape in Saint-Emillion, and the another is the \"Ba\" for transmission of the connection between disasters and landscape in Pyrenees. It is analyzed that collaboration by various stakeholders, its factors and values. Preservation of cultural landscape is the same as sustainable community development for transmission of local identity from three aspects, history, natural resources, lives and industries.
