 note = {It’s been a long time since it is recognized the importance of collaboration between child welfare facility and medical institute in child welfare field. One of the major problems in the welfare area recently is sexual offending and victimization between children at child welfare facilities. It is difficult to conduct the therapeutic educational intervention for children with sexual offending problems at single institution, therefore it is desirable to collaborate. However, it has yet to discuss specific ways to collaborate fully. In this study, the author presented one youth case who had sexual offending problem and was given the therapeutic educational intervention with collaboration between child welfare facility and medical institute, and discussed the ways of collaboration. Due to clarification of the division of roles, the youth was enhanced motivation and generalized the therapeutic educational intervention in everyday life.},
