Given primarily to high school students, this survey clarifies the impact on breakfast (whether breakfast is eaten or not) of the following: 1) wake-up time for the person in question, 2) time person in question goes to sleep, 3) importance children place on their parents'/guardians' concerns regarding whether they sleep/wake up early, eat breakfast, etc. Results showed that, as a matter of course, if the individual in question tended to wake up late, or even if they woke up early, regardless of whether or not the individual considered breakfast an integral part of their daily life, they ate breakfast daily due upon the encouragement of their parents/guardians. Results highlighted the need for health education or health maintenance activities at school to encourage better awareness of the relationship between health and lifestyle habits, with a focus on one?s lifelong health, irrespective of current day-to-day life activities.}, pages = {167--173}, title = {中学生の朝食摂取に影響を与える要因について : 起床時刻,子どもが認知している保護者の健康に関する意識を中心として}, volume = {69}, year = {2020}, yomi = {イリタニ, ヒトシ and クボ, マサコ and タケグチ, ヨウコ} }
