In this research, there are two type workshops in Nagashima Town, Kagoshima prefecture. One is for the local revitalization which should be discussed by young people and students. The other is for studying natural environment, such as benthos and plastic gust along the sea coast which should be studied by elementary school students. In the workshop for the local revitalization, student learned it is important for them to think about local revitalization as their own problem and picked up the resources for regional studies. In the workshop for the natural environment, the basement of civic pride developed by looking for again and evaluated the importance which is ordinary for themselves such as benthos and plastic traches.
