First, regarding the issues in special-needs education, there has been a rapid increase in the proportion of students eligible for special-needs education, but a significant decline in teachers’ intrinsic motivation. Thus, using the problem-solving model, we argued that case conferences are indeed important and reported on four cases in regular schools.
