The question of how to secure a labor force and how to retain necessary and talented human resources is an important perspective. If one of the reasons why labor and management cannot reach agreement when concluding a labor contract after continuous employment is that the law stipulates only the handling of employment and employment security measures such as the retirement age system and the continuous employment system, and that the state does not interfere with the freedom to conclude the contract, but leaves it to labormanagement consensus building, isn?t that a problem?
