| 内容記述 | In this brief paper, I would discuss a great boon and tragedy of experimental treatments. Although medical experimental treatments including clinical research that involves human subjects are essential for medical progress and our happiness, innovative interventions and experimental therapies could bring about unforeseen results and have enomous impacts on those who concerned. Research ethics is undoubtedly important to protect human subfects and their relatives and it does work in many cases. It is possible, however, that tragedies unavoidably ensue. Ethical analysis regarding a movie named "Awakening" and "Charly" will reveal absurdity and sorrow in our lives. | |||||||||||
