| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on the movement of the Okinawa industrial development youth corps, established during the American occupation period, to clarify the actual process of migration to and acceptance of Okinawan immigrant communities in Brazil, and to examine the significance of the movement. Specifically, it examines how the members of the youth migrant corps moved between Okinawan immigrant communities and were accepted in the region during the 1950s and 1960s, and examines their relationship with the Okinawa prefectural association in Brazil, which served as their host organization, in order to elucidate some aspects of the process of planned migration and youth movement overseas that were unique to Okinawa. The Okinawa industrial development youth corps was closely related to the Okinawan youth group movement, and the examination of the Okinawa industrial development youth corps movement should be considered as an integral part of the clarification of the Okinawan youth group during the Occupation. | |||||||||||||||||
